Objective To explore the application effect of mobile APP^(+)blood glucose management model in diabetic patients. Methods 100 patients with T2DM were divided into the observation group(mobile APP^(+)blood glucose management model)and the control group(routine health education)according to the order of enrollment. The levels of blood glucose indicators and self-management ability were compared between the two groups. Results After management, the levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin Alc(HbA1c)in the two groups decreased, and the levels of FPG,2hPG and HbAlc in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After management, the scores of self-management ability of the two groups increased, and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Mobile APP^(+)blood glucose management model can improve the self-management ability of diabetic patients and maintain the stability of blood glucose level.
