摘　　要：目的探讨坐式八段锦锻炼对老年原发性肝癌手术患者癌因性疲乏及衰弱情况的影响。方法127例行手术治疗的原发性肝癌患者根据护理干预方式的不同分为两组,对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上采用坐式八段锦锻炼,比较两组的癌因性疲乏、衰弱情况及护理满意度。结果干预后,两组的RPFS评分、TFI评分均较干预前降低,且研究组的RPFS评分、TFI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度为90.90%,高于对照组的77.05%(P<0.05)。结论坐式八段锦锻炼可明显改善老年原发性肝癌手术患者的癌因性疲乏及衰弱情况,提升患者的护理满意度。Objective To explore the impact of sitting Baduanjin exercise on cancer-related fatigue and frailty of elderly patients with primary liver cancer surgery.Methods 127 patients with primary liver cancer who underwent surgical treatment were divided into two groups according to different nursing intervention methods.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received sitting Baduanjin exercise on the basis of the control group.The cancer-related fatigue,frailty and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the RPFS and TFI scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the RPFS and TFI scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was 90.90%,higher than 77.05%ofthe control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Sitting Baduanjin exercise can significantly improve the cancer-related fatigue and frailty ofelderly patients with primary liver cancer surgery,and improve their nursing satisfaction degree.
