手术室全程无缝隙护理对行睡眠温控射频治疗患儿术后恢复及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室全程无缝隙护理在行睡眠温控射频治疗患儿中的应用效果。方法160例接受睡眠温控射频治疗的OSAHS患儿随机分为对照组(80例,常规护理)和观察组(80例,手术室全程无缝隙护理),比较两组的嗜睡情况(Epworth评分)、睡眠状况(PSQI评分)、并发症。结果护理后,观察组的Epworth评分、PSQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为1.25%,低于对照组的10.00%(P<0.05)。结论手术室全程无缝隙护理能够明显缓解行睡眠温控射频治疗的OSAHS患儿的嗜睡症状,改善患儿的睡眠质量,减少术后并发症的发生。Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course seamless nursing in operating room in children with sleep temperature-controlled radiofrequency therapy.Methods 160 OSAHS children with sleep temperature-controlled radiofrequency therapy were randomly divided into the control group(80 cases,routine nursing)and the observation group(80 cases,whole-course seamless nursing in operating room).The sleepiness(Epworth score),sleep status(PSQI score)and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the Epworth and PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 1.25%,lower than 10.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Whole-course seamless nursing in operating room can obviously alleviate the sleepiness symptoms of OSAHS children with sleep temperature-controlled radiofrequency therapy,improve the sleep quality of children,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
