慢性乙型肝炎患者血清AST、ALT水平与病情严重程度的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者血清AST、ALT水平与病情严重程度的相关性。方法200例CHB患者根据入院时的病情严重程度分组,比较各组的血清AST、ALT水平,分析血清AST、ALT水平与CHB患者病情严重程度的相关性。结果200例CHB患者中,轻度73例,中度86例,重度41例。中度组、重度组的入院时血清AST、ALT水平高于轻度组(P<0.05),重度组的血清AST、ALT水平高于中度组(P<0.05)。有序多分类Logistic回归分析结果显示,CHB患者的血清AST、ALT水平与其病情严重程度具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论CHB患者的血清AST、ALT水平与其病情严重程度关系密切,临床上可通过检测血清AST、ALT水平评估病情严重程度。Objective To analyze the corelations of serum AST and ALT levels with the disease severity of patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods 200 CHB patients were grouped according to the disease severity at admission.The serum AST and ALT levels of each group were compared,and the correlations of serum AST and ALT levels with the disease severity of CHB patients were analyzed.Results Among the 200 CHB patients,73 were mild,86 were moderate,and 41 were severe.The levels of serum AST and ALT at admission in the moderate group and severe group were higher than those in the mild group(P<0.05),and the levels of serum AST and ALT in the severe group were higher than those in the moderate group(P<0.05).The results of ordinal Logistic regression analysis showed that the serum AST and ALT levels of CHB patients were correlated with the disease severity(P<0.05).Conclusions The serum AST and ALT levels of CHB patients are closely related to the disease severity.The disease severity can be evaluated by detecting serum AST and ALT levels in clinic.
