微创闭合复位内固定术治疗髌骨骨折对患者恢复情况及并发症发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨微创闭合复位内固定术治疗髌骨骨折对患者恢复情况及并发症发生率的影响。方法:选取我院2019年8月-2020年8月收治的髌骨骨折患者170例,分为2组,对照组(85例)和观察组(85例),对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用微创闭合复位内固定术治疗。比较2组手术相关情况、效果、关节功能恢复情况、并发症情况及生活质量状况。结果:观察组住院时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05),2组手术时间相比,无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗效果大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组稳定性、屈曲畸形、肌力、活动度、功能、疼痛等关节功能恢复评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后的生活质量状况与对照组比较明显较高(P<0.05)。结论:髌骨骨折治疗中,微创闭合复位内固定术治疗效果较好,值得应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of minimally invasive closed reduction and internal fixation on the recovery of patella fracture and the incidence of complications.Methods:A total of 170 patients with patella fracture admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into two groups:the control group received conventional treatment,and the research group received minimally invasive closed reduction and internal fixation.The operation related conditions,effects,joint function recovery,com-plications and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The hospital stay and fracture healing time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The therapeutic effect of the study group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05);The scores of stability,flexion deformity,muscle strength,range of motion,function and pain in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complications in the study group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patella fracture,minimally invasive closed reduction and internal fixation is effective and worthy of application.
