PDCA循环理论在肢体外伤骨折手术患者临床护理效果及预后分析

摘　　要：目的:分析PDCA循环理论在肢体外伤骨折手术患者护理效果及预后。方法:选取我院2019年12月-2020年12月诊治的100例肢体外伤骨折患者的资料,按随机数字表分为2组,对照组50例给予常规的护理,观察组50例给予PDCA循环理论护理,观察2组护理效果、VAS评分、患肢的肿胀情况、预后。结果:观察组术后VAS评分24小时为(2.69±0.24)分、48小时为(1.71±0.53)分,比对照组低,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);观察组没有肿胀的为30.00%,高于对照组的10.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者骨筋膜室综合征发生率为4.00%,比对照组的18.00%低(P<0.05);2组心理状态SDS为(34.36±3.63)分、SAS为(33.24±3.26)分,均低于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生理职能为(87.36±6.12)分、精力为(86.39±5.97)分、情感职能为(85.36±5.34)分与社会功能为(86.36±5.29)分,生活质量评分均高于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后临床满意度为98.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环理论在肢体外伤骨折手术患者中的临床护理效果较好,能使患者的疼痛度得到有效缓解,改善患者肢体的肿胀情况,并改善患者心理状态,提高生活质量及满意度情况。Objective:To analyze the nursing effect and prognosis of PDCA circulation theory in patients with limb trauma and frac-ture surgery.Methods:Selected the data of 100 patients with limb trauma fractures who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table,50 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care,and 50 cases in the research group were given PDCA cycle Nursing theory,the nursing effect,VAS score,swelling of the affected limb and prognosis of the two groups were observed.Results:The VAS scores of the study group at 24h(2.69±0.24)and 48h after surgery(1.71±0.53)were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05);the study group had no swelling 30.00%higher than the control group 10.00%,(P<0.05);the incidence of compartment syndrome in the study group was 4.00% lower than that in the control group(18.00%)(P<0.05);the psychological sta-tus of the two groups was SDS(34.36±3.63)and SAS(33.24±33.24±0.05).3.26)scores were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the study group scored 87.36±6.12 for physiological function,(86.39±5.97)for energy,(85.36±5.34)for emotional function and social function(86.36±5.29)grades of quality of life were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the clinical satisfaction of the study group after intervention was 98.00%higher than that of the control group,84.00%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing effect of PD-CA cycle theory in patients with limb trauma and fracture surgery is good,which can effectively relieve the pain of the patients,improve the swelling of the patients,limbs,improve the psychological state of the patients,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction.
