快速康复护理模式预防老年转子间骨折患者术后谵妄的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:在老年转子间骨折患者的围术期护理期间施以快速康复护理模式,以观察其对术后谵妄的预防效果。方法:纳入我院2020年12月-2021年12月收治的74例老年转子间骨折手术病例,依据患者入院时间的先后顺序分为对照组与观察组,每组各37例。对照组实施常规围术期护理模式,观察组在此基础上开展快速康复护理模式,对比2组患者的术后谵妄发生率、再住院率及护理效果相关指标。结果:观察组的术后谵妄发生率与再住院率比对照组低,护理后的焦虑、抑郁及疼痛评分比对照组低,认知功能评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:在老年转子间骨折患者的围术期实施快速康复护理模式,可显著降低患者的术后谵妄发生率及再住院率,改善负性情绪,减轻疼痛并防止认知功能进一步损伤,值得大力推广。Objective:To observe the preventive effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing mode on postoperative delirium in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture during perioperative nursing.Methods:74 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were included in our hospital.According to the order of admission time,they were divided into control group and observation group.The total number of cases in each group was 37.The control group implemented the routine perioperative nursing mode,and the observation group carried out the rapid rehabilitation nursing mode on this basis,and compared the incidence of postoperative delirium,rehospitalization rate and nursing effect related indicators between the two groups.Results:the incidence of postoperative delirium and rehospitalization rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of anxiety,depression and pain after nursing were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of cognitive function were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the implementation of rapid rehabilitation nursing mode in the perioperative period of the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative delirium and the rate of rehospitalization,improve negative emotions,reduce pain and prevent further damage to cognitive function,which is worthy of promotion.
