血脂康胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗颈动脉斑块患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血脂康胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗颈动脉斑块患者的临床疗效。方法将颈动脉易损斑块的患者随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组用阿托伐他汀钙片20 mg联合阿司匹林100 mg,试验组在对照组的基础上加用血脂康胶囊0.6 g。2组患者均治疗8周。比较2组患者的血脂水平[低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)及总胆固醇(TC)]、颈动脉斑块面积、厚度,监测患者药物不良事件发生情况。结果试验组和对照组均入组68例。治疗后,对照组与试验组患者的LDL-C水平分别为(3.12±1.14)和(2.06±0.72)mmol·L^(-1);HDL-C水平分别为(1.15±0.32)和(1.33±0.42)mmol·L^(-1);TC水平分别为(5.34±1.41)和(4.86±1.27)mmol·L^(-1);斑块评分分别为(5.12±0.74)和(4.03±0.85)分;颈动脉斑块面积分别为(1.38±0.52)和(1.14±0.47)cm^(2);颈动脉斑块厚度分别为(20.24±6.64)和(13.13±5.20)mm,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。对照组与试验组患者不良事件发生率分别为2.94%和8.82%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血脂康胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片可以更好地改善颈动脉易损斑块患者脂代谢紊乱,且具备潜在的逆转颈动脉斑块的作用。Objective To explore the effect of Xuezhikang capsules combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets on carotid plaque stability and lipid metabolism.Methods Patients with vulnerable carotid atherosclerotic plaque were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number expression.The control group was given atorvastatin calcium tablet calcium tablet 20 mg combined with aspirin 100 mg,and treatment group was given Xuezhikang capsule 0.6 g twice a day on the basis of the above regimen for 8 weeks.Blood lipid levels[low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triglycerides(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)],carotid intima-media thickness(IMT),carotid plaque area,thickness and number,and clinical adverse events in 2 groups were analyzed before and after treatment.Results Both the treatment and control group were enrolled in 68 patients.After treatment,levels of LDL-C were(3.12±1.14)and(2.06±0.72)mmol·L^(-1),respectively;levels of HDL-C were(1.15±0.32)and(1.33±0.42)mmol·L^(-1);levels of TC were(5.34±1.41)and(4.86±1.27)mmol·L^(-1);plaque scores were 5.12±0.74 and 4.03±0.85;carotid plaque areas were(1.38±0.52)and(1.14±0.47)cm^(2);carotid plaque thickness were(20.24±6.64)and(13.13±5.20)mm in control group and treatment group and all of indicators showed statistically significant differences between two groups(all P<0.05).The incidences of adverse drug reactions in control group and treatment group were 2.94%and 8.82%,respectively,without significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion Xuezhikang capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium tablet can better improve lipid metabolism disorder in patients with carotid vulnerable plaque,and the combined medication has the potential to reverse carotid plaque.
