探讨新冠病毒感染疫情下应激性失眠的中医治疗思路

摘　　要：目前,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情仍在持续,疫情的严防严控是当前最重要的工作。此次疫情中,应激性失眠人群不容忽视。应激性失眠患者女性居多,睡眠障碍发生前有应激事件,脱离应激原后,仍有部分人群未及时干预而发展为慢性失眠。应激性失眠属于中医“不寐”的范畴,病因多是情志不遂,责之于肝郁。治疗以从肝论治为基础,疏肝类方剂不仅可以调节神经递质以提升睡眠质量,还可通过下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴改善应激状态;同时注重中医情志疗法,阳虚者酌加温补阳气之品,充分发挥中医药特色,以期标本兼治。At present,the novel coronavirus infection epidemic is still ongoing,and strict prevention and control of the epidemic is currently the most important work.In this epidemic,people with stress insomnia should not be ignored.Stress insomnia has different pathogenesis characteristics from other types of insomnia.After being separated from the stressor,some people still develop chronic insomnia without timely intervention.Stress insomnia belongs to the category of“insomnia”in traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment should be based on the treatment of the liver,focusing on TCM emotional therapy,and those with Yang deficiency should consider warming and replenishing Yang products and giving full play to the characteristics of TCM,in order to treat both symptoms and root causes and provide new ideas for the treatment of stress insomnia.
