摘　　要：盆腔疼痛和不孕是子宫内膜异位症最为突出的两大表现。内异症是需要终身管理的慢性疾病,盆腔疼痛管理尤为重要,让患者达到“少痛”,甚至“无痛”,与内异症和谐共处是管理目标。中医药治疗在减轻疼痛、提高生活质量、改善受孕环节都体现出一定优势。曹大农教授为广东省“优秀中医临床人才”、广东省第一批名中医师承项目指导老师、深圳市第四批中医药专家继承工作指导老师,从医40余年,有着丰富的临床经验和独到的学术见解,善于中西医结合、辨证与辨病结合治疗妇科疑难杂病。曹大农教授认为瘀血阻滞是子宫内膜异位症的病机核心,痰瘀互结是该病病理演变的关键。“消瘤方”是曹师立足气、血、痰、瘀,以“活血祛瘀止痛、软坚散结消癥”为法的自拟方,经多年临床验证疗效颇佳。该文总结曹大农教授治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床思路及遣方用药经验,以期为临床提供诊疗参考。Pelvic pain and infertility are the two most prominent manifestations of endometriosis,which is a chronic disease needs lifelong management,especially pelvic pain management.The management goal is keeping patients less pain,even no pain,and lives in harmony with endometriosis.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapy has shown certain advantages in alleviating pain,improving life quality and improving pregnancy.Professor CAO Danong is“outstanding TCM clinical talent”and the first batch of famous TCM teacher program instructor in Guangdong Province,the fourth batch of TCM expert succession instructor in Shenzhen.She has been in clinical practice for more than 40 years,with experienced and unique academic views,and is good at combining traditional Chinese and western medicine,syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation in the treatment of difficult and miscellaneous gynecological diseases.Prof.CAO believes that blood stasis blockage is the core of pathogenesis,and the interaction of phlegm and blood stasis is the key to the pathological evolution.Based on Qi,blood,phlegm and blood stasis,Prof.CAO created Xiaoliu Recipe(消瘤方)for“promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and relieving pain,softening and resolving mass”,which achieve satisfactory effect in long-term use.This paper summarized Professor CAO Danong′s clinical thoughts and prescription experience in the treatment of endometriosis,in order to clinical diagnosis and treatment reference.
