基于子午流注理论针刺治疗我国东北地区痰湿壅盛型高血压病疗效的理论探讨

摘　　要：高血压病是危害人类健康的慢性疾病,近年来逐渐趋向于年轻化,且全球高血压病发病率也出现逐渐上升的态势,随着人口老龄化的加重,高血压病已成为心脑血管疾病的第一大慢性病。对于高血压病的防治刻不容缓,西药降压显效快,但长期服用易出现不良反应,损伤靶器官,现需要找到一种绿色,安全,降压效果好的治疗方法;子午流注理论是一种中国古老的时间治疗学,将气血盛衰规律与昼夜节律相结合,近年来在治疗高血压病方面取得了丰硕成果,该文基于子午流注理论针刺治疗东北地区痰湿壅盛型高血压病进行理论探讨,有助于提高对我国东北地区痰湿壅盛型高血压病的认识,提高高血压病的知晓率,对临床预防高血压病,降低其发生率具有重大意义。Hypertension is a chronic disease that endangers human health.In recent years,it gradually tends to be younger,and the global incidence rate of hypertension is also rising.With the aggravation of population aging,hypertension has become a cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.It is urgent to prevent and treat hypertension.Western medicines are effective in reducing blood pressure,but long-term use is prone to adverse reactions and damage to target organs.It is now necessary to find a green,safe and effective treatment method for blood pressure.The theory of midnight-noon ebb-flow is a Chinese ancient chronotherapy,which combines the rising and falling law of Qi and blood with circadian rhythm and has achieved fruitful results in the treatment of hypertension in recent years.This article is based on the theory of midnight-noon ebb-flow for acupuncture treatment of phlegm-dampness type of hypertension in Northeast China.It is helpful to improve the awareness of phlegm-dampness type of hypertension in Northeast China,improve the awareness rate of hypertension and is of great significance for clinical prevention of hypertension and reducing the incidence of this disease.
