毫针针刺联合火针点刺治疗慢性主观性头晕的疗效及对焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨毫针针刺联合火针点刺治疗慢性主观性头晕的疗效及对情绪、生活质量的影响。方法选择2019年12月-2021年6月该院接诊的65例慢性主观性头晕患者纳入研究,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,最终完成对照组34例、观察组31例。对照组给予单纯毫针针刺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,联合火针点刺治疗,均持续治疗2周。比较两组治疗前后临床疗效、眩晕残障程度评定量表(DHI)评分、焦虑自评量表(HAMA)、抑郁自评量表(HAMD)评分的变化。结果观察组临床疗效总有效率为93.55%(29/31),明显高于对照组的73.53%(25/34),有统计学意义(P<0.05);DHI评分(7.23±12.29)分,低于对照组的(19.26±11.66)分,有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组抑郁自评量表(HAMD)评分(3.39±3.19)分,低于对照组的(5.91±6.41)分,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表(HAMA)评分为(3.74±3.74)分,低于对照组的(6.41±8.16)分,但差异无统计学意义。结论毫针针刺联合火针点刺治疗慢性主观性头晕的疗效明显,有助于缓解头晕症状,有助于改善患者抑郁情绪,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the efficacy of acupuncture combined with fire needle on chronic subjective dizziness and its influence on mood and quality of life.Methods A total of 65 cases of chronic subjective dizziness admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to June 2021 were included in the study and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with common acupuncture treatment,and the observation group was treated with fire needle on the basis of the control group.The treatment lasted for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,the changes of the vertigo disability rating scale(DHI)score,self-rating anxiety scale(HAMA)score,self-rating depression scale(HAMD)score and health survey scale(SF-36)score before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.55%(29/31),significantly higher than that(73.53%,25/34)of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).The DHI score in the observation group was(7.23±12.29)points,significantly lower than that[(19.26±11.66)points]of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.01).The HAMD score in the observation group was(3.39±3.19)points,significantly lower than that[(5.91±6.41)points]of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).The HAMA score in the observation group were(3.74±3.74)points,not significantly different from that[(6.41±8.16)points]of the control group.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with fire needle on chronic subjective dizziness have obvious curative effect,which is helpful to relieve the symptoms of dizziness and positively improve the depression and is worthy of clinical promotion.
