针灸联合加味真武汤对慢性心力衰竭患者疗效及血清学指标和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸联合加味真武汤对慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效及血清学指标和生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年1月-2021年6月该院确诊为慢性心力衰竭患者60例,使用计算机的随机数字发生器将患者分为两组。对照组30例采用常规西药治疗,观察组30例在对照组的基础加以使用加味真武汤和针灸辅助治疗,两组患者均治疗4周。比较两组患者的心功能、血清学相关指标水平和生活质量变化。结果治疗前,两组患者的心功能、血清学相关指标水平、6 min步行距离及生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周后,两组患者的左室射血分数(LVEF)水平升高,左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESd)水平降低(P<0.05);转化生长因子β_(1)(TGF-β1)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、血清B型纳尿肽(BNP)水平均降低(P<0.05);6 min步行距离增加,生活质量提高(P<0.05)。观察组的各个指标波动幅度均大于对照组,且差异具有统计学意(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗的基础上加以使用加味真武汤和针灸治疗,能有效改善患者心功能,降低血清学相关指标水平,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Modified Zhenwu Decoction(加味真武汤)as the treatment for chronic heart failure patient and its effect on the serological markers and quality of life.Methods From January 2020 to June 2021,60 patients with chronic heart failure in the hospital were divided into two groups using a random digital generator of the computer.Thirty cases of the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine and the other 30 patients in the observation group were treated with Modified Zhenwu Decoction and acupuncture-assisted treatment on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated 4 weeks.The heart function of the two groups,the levels of serological related indicators and the quality of life were compared.Results Before treatment,the efficacy of cardiac function,the levels of serological related indicators,6 min walking distance and quality of life of the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)levels increased and the levels of left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVEDd)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESd)decreased in the two groups(P<0.05).The levels of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)decreased(P<0.05).The 6-minute walking distance increased and the quality of life improved(P<0.05).The fluctuation range of each index in the observation group was greater than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion From the experience and that of many others,it is clear that based on the treatment of conventional Western medicine,Modified Zhenwu Decoction and acupuncture treatment can effectively improve the patients'heart function,reduce the levels of serological related indicators and improve the quality of life.
