后天性麻痹性斜视患者应用加减正容汤方联合电针穴位疗法的作用研究

摘　　要：目的分析后天性麻痹性斜视患者应用加减正容汤方联合电针穴位疗法的临床价值。方法回顾性分析该院收治的60例后天性麻痹性斜视患者,根据入院时间段进行分组,即2017年1月-2018年12月收治的30例患者进行常规西药干预(设为对照组),2019年1月-2021年1月收治的30例患者应用加减正容汤方联合电针穴位疗法(设为观察组),两组均连续治疗1个月。将两组的治疗效果、临床指标、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平进行对比。结果治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率(96.67%,29/30)较对照组(73.33%,22/30)高(P<0.05);相比于对照组,观察组的SOD水平明显高、MDA水平明显低(P<0.05);相比于对照组,观察组的各项症状消失时间明显短、中医症状评分明显低(P<0.05)。结论加减正容汤联合电针穴位疗法明显缓解了后天麻痹性斜视患者的临床症状,且改善了机体状态,促进了预后效果的提升。Objective To analyze the clinical value of Modified Zhengrong Decoction(加减正容汤)combined with electroacupuncture therapy in patients with acquired paralytic strabismus.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 patients with acquired paralytic strabismus admitted to the hospital was carried out.The patients were grouped according to the time period,that is,30 patients admitted from January 2017 to December 2018 underwent conventional western medicine intervention(set as a control group),30 patients admitted from January 2019 to January 2021 were treated with Modified Zhengrong Decoction combined with electroacupuncture therapy(set as an observation group).The clinical indicators,the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate(96.67%,29/30)of the observation group was higher than that(73.33%,22/30)of the control group(P<0.05).The SOD level of the observation group was significantly higher,and the MDA level was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of various symptoms of the patients was significantly shorter,and the TCM symptom score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Zhengrong Decoction combined with electroacupuncture therapy significantly alleviated the clinical symptoms of patients with acquired paralytic strabismus,improved the body condition and promoted the improvement of the prognosis effect.
