摘 要:目的探究海藻玉壶汤中甘草不同品种与海藻配伍不同剂量条件下对甲状腺肿大大鼠肝肾功能的影响,为研究十八反配伍禁忌实质奠定科学依据。方法180只Wistar雄性大鼠,随机分为12组,每组15只,分别为空白组,模型组,阳性药组(优甲乐组),海藻玉壶汤胀果甘草高、中、低剂量组(胀高组、胀中组、胀低组),海藻玉壶汤乌拉尔甘草高、中、低剂量组(乌高组、乌中组、乌低组),海藻玉壶汤光果甘草高、中、低剂量组(光高组、光中组、光低组)。采用丙硫氧嘧啶灌胃复制大鼠甲状腺肿大模型,优甲乐为阳性对照,检测大鼠肝、肾功能血清相关指标及组织切片病理学改变。结果与空白组比较,模型组大鼠血清TP、ALB、GLB、A/G、ALT、AST、ALP、UREA、Cr水平均无显著性差异(P>0.05);光镜下大鼠肝脏组织结构正常,肾脏组织可见微小病变。与空白组比较,乌高组、乌中组大鼠血清TP水平显著升高(P<0.05),胀低组血清ALP水平显著升高(P<0.05),光镜下各中药组大鼠肝脏组织结构正常。与空白组比较,胀低组、乌高组、乌中组、光中组、光低组大鼠血清UREA、Cr水平显著升高(P<0.05),光高组大鼠血清Cr水平显著升高(P<0.05);光镜下各中药组大鼠肾脏组织可见微小病变,但与模型组之间比较无显著差异。结论海藻玉壶汤中甘草不同品种与海藻配伍不同剂量条件下均未表现出肝毒性。胀低组、乌高组、乌中组、光高组、光中组、光低组对肾功能产生一定影响。Objective To explore the effects of different Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)varieties and Haizao(Sargassum)compatibility in Haizao Yuhu Decoction(海藻玉壶汤,HYD)on the liver and kidney functions of goiter rats under different dosage conditions,so as to lay a scientific basis for the study of eighteen incompatible medicaments.Methods 180 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into 12 groups with 15 rats in each group.They were blank group,model group,positive drug group(Euthyrox group),HYD with high dose Glycyrrhiza inflata group(HYD-Hi group),HYD with middle dose Glycyrrhiza inflata group(HYD-Mi group),HYD with low dose Glycyrrhiza inflatagroup(HYDLi group),HYD with high dose Glycyrrhiza uralensis group(HYD-Hu group),HYD with middle dose Glycyrrhiza uralensis group(HYD-Mu group),HYD with low dose Glycyrrhiza uralensis group(HYDLu group),HYD with high dose Glycyrrhiza glabra group(HYD-Hg group),HYD with middle dose Clycyrrhiza glabra group(HYD-Mg group),HYD with low dose Glycyrrhiza glabra group(HYD-Lg group).The rat model of goiter was replicated by intragastric administration of propylthiouracil(PTU).The histopathological changes of liver and kidney and the function indexes of liver and kidney serum were detected.Results Compared with the blank group,there was no significant differences in serum levels of TP,ALB,GLB,A/G,ALT,AST,ALP,UREA and Cr in the model group(P>0.05).Under light microscope,the liver tissue structure of rats was normal,and the renal tissue showed minor lesions.Compared with the blank group,the serum TP level of rats in HYD-Hu group and HYD-Mu group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum ALP level in HYD-Li group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The liver tissue structure of rats in each traditional Chinese medicine group was normal under light microscope.Compared with the blank group,the serum UREA and Cr levels of rats in HYD-Li,HYD-Hu,HYD-Mu,HYD-Mg and HYD-Lg group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum Cr level of rats in HYD-Hg group was significantly
