冬病夏治穴位贴敷防治COPD急性发作的思路和方法

摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种发病机制复杂的常见肺部疾病,在干预和治疗上都面临着巨大难题,严重影响人类健康与生活质量。目前现代医学临床对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的治疗虽可使其短期缓解,但长期治疗效果差。冬病夏治穴位贴敷以治未病、顺应天时、循经取穴及药物透穴等为理论基础,于阳气最为旺盛的三伏天,根据患者证型,结合特定穴位、药物进行贴敷治疗,扶正固本,驱除外邪,调和阴阳,以减少COPD的发病程度及频率。文章基于慢性阻塞性肺疾病的病因病机等病理基础,结合冬病夏治穴位贴敷的中医理论基础,阐述冬病夏治穴位贴敷防治COPD急性发作的思路和方法,探讨穴位贴敷治疗COPD的优势。冬病夏治穴位贴敷防治COPD急性发作,以“治未病”为切入点,分别对未病、已病及瘥后3个阶段进行干预。未病着重预防COPD发生,应结合体质辨识及地理差异,治疗上以增强正气、调和阴阳为主;已病着重预防COPD发作,取穴用药应结合脏腑辨证与六经辨证;瘥后着重预防复发,治疗上以扶正固本为主,兼以化痰祛瘀。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common lung disease with complex pathogenesis.It faces huge difficulties in intervention and treatment,and seriously affects human health and quality of life.At present,the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in modern medical clinics can make short-term relief,but the long-term treatment effect is poor.Acupoint application of summer treatment for winter disease is based on the theoretical basis of preventative treatment,following to the timing,selecting acupoints along the meridian,and penetrating acupoints with drugs.In the dog days when the Yang-Qi is most prosperous,according to the patients'syndrome type,the treatment is combined with specific acupoints and drugs.Strengthening healthy Qi,eliminating pathogens,and regulating Yin and Yang to reduce the severity and frequency of COPD.Based on the disease cause and pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other pathological basis,combined with the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine of acupoint application of summer treatment for winter disease,this paper expounds the ideas and methods of acupoint application of summer treatment for winter disease to prevent and treat acute COPD attacks,and discusses advantages of acupoint sticking in the treatment of COPD.Acupoint sticking of summer treatment for winter disease to prevent and treat acute COPD attacks takes“preventive treatment”as the starting point,and interventions are carried out in three stages:before disease occurrence,with disease and after disease cure.For those who are not sick,the focus should be on preventing the occurrence of COPD,which should be combined with body constitution and geographical differences.The treatment should focus on strengthening healthy Qi and regulating Yin and Yang.For those who are already sick,the focus should be on preventing the onset of COPD,and acupoint selection and medication should be combined with viscera syndrome differentiation and syndrome-differentiation of the six mer
