摘  要:目的应用数据挖掘技术,分析中药复方专利治疗荨麻疹的用药规律,并深入探究核心中药成分作用荨麻疹疾病的靶点等,为荨麻疹的临床诊疗以及专利研究供应一定的参考。方法基于中国专利公布公告平台,检索2000年1月1日—2021年12月31日治疗荨麻疹的中药复方专利,应用古今医案云平台、IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0、IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0、R语言、Cytoscape、String数据库对符合纳入标准的中药复方进行频次统计、功效分析、四气五味分析、归经分析、关联规则分析、KEGG通路富集分析,并绘制荨麻疹疾病靶点Venn图、成分靶点网络关系图、蛋白互作网络(PPI)等。结果依据纳入标准和排除标准筛选出350首中药复方,721味中药,中药使用总频次为4515次,筛选出使用频次≥35次的中药,共29味,其中四气以寒、温为主,五味以辛、甘、苦为主,主要归肝、肺、脾、胃经,应用Apriori算法进行关联规则分析,运用网络关系图挖掘出甘草、防风、荆芥3味核心中药,共获得117种主要成分,223个作用基因,荨麻疹疾病的575个基因,72个3味核心中药治疗荨麻疹疾病的靶点基因,作用较为显著的基因靶点蛋白包括PTGS2、HSP90AA1、NOS2等,作用基因较多的中药成分包括槲皮素(quercetin)、β-谷甾醇(betasitosterol)、木犀草素(luteolin)、山柰酚(kaempferol)等。结论防风、甘草、荆芥可以通过多种成分、靶点、通路治疗荨麻疹,具体效果还需实验佐证。Objective To apply data mining technology to analyze the medication rules of Chinese herbal compound patent in the treatment of urticaria,and to deeply explore the targets of core Chinese herbal ingredients acting on urticaria diseases,so as to provide a certain reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of urticaria and patent research.Methods Based on the China Patent Publication Announcement Platform,the Chinese medicine compound patents for the treatment of urticaria from January 1,2000 to December 31,2021 were retrieved,apply the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform,IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,R language,Cytoscape,and String database to carry out frequency statistics,efficacy analysis,four gases and five flavors analysis,meridian analysis,association rule analysis,and KEGG path rich analysis,and draw urticaria disease targets Venn diagram,component target network diagram,protein interaction network(PPI),etc.Results According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,350 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and 721 traditional Chinese medicines were screened out.The total frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicines was 4515,and there were 29 traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of≥35 times.Among them,the four Qi were mainly cold and warm,the five flavors are mainly pungent,sweet and bitter,and mainly belong to the liver,lung,spleen,and stomach meridians.The Apriori algorithm is used to analyze the association rules,and three core traditional Chinese medicines,namely,Fangfeng(Saposhnikoviae Radix),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),and Jingjie(Schizonepetae Herba),have been obtained.A total of 117 main components,223 action genes,575 genes for urticaria disease,72 target genes for the treatment of urticaria disease by three core traditional Chinese medicines,and gene target proteins with more significant effects include PTGS2,HSP90AA1,NOS2,etc.Traditional Chinese medicines with many action genes,the ingredients include quercetin,betasitosterol,luteoli
