摘　　要：新型冠状病毒感染疫情不断扩增,新型冠状病毒出现了诸多变异,其中德尔塔(Delta)变异毒株展现出了主导地位,其携载的病毒量高,致病能力强,传播时变异的刺突糖蛋白S能够更有效地融合细胞膜,感染靶细胞的速度明显快于其他变体,这使Delta毒株更容易进入细胞内进行复制转录,同时该毒株在进行PCR检测时有着更低的循环阈值和更长的病毒释放期,有着超高的病毒携载量,严重影响了世界公共卫生健康,给国家卫生防疫带来了巨大挑战。为研究出更有效的预防措施以及针对Delta毒株合理用药提供理论支持和科学依据,该文从Delta毒株的临床症状、分子结构、流行病学、疫苗预防和药物治疗等5个方面进行总结,详细阐述Delta毒株的特点并提供防治该病毒的新思路与方法。Corona virus disease 2019 epidemic continues to expand,and SARS-CoV-2 has undergone many mutations.Among them,the delta variant strain(Delta)has shown a dominant position.It carries a high amount of virus,stronger pathogenic ability,and mutated spike sugar during transmission.Protein S fuses cell membranes more efficiently and infects target cells significantly faster than other variants,which makes Delta easier to enter cells for replication and transcription,and the strain has a lower cycle threshold and a lower cycle threshold for PCR detection.The longer virus release period and the high virus carrying capacity have seriously affected the public health of the world and brought great challenges to national health and epidemic prevention.In order to develop more effective preventive measures and provide theoretical support and scientific basis for the rational drug use of Delta,this paper summarizes the five aspects of Delta's clinical symptoms,molecular structure,epidemiology,vaccine prevention and drug treatment,and elaborates in detail.The characteristics of the Delta variant strain and provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of the virus.
