针刺治疗原发性高血压常用腧穴及研究

摘　　要：原发性高血压是常见的慢性疾病,其普遍存在且知晓率、治疗率、控制率偏低以及随之带来并发症的高风险已经成为世界公共卫生问题。目前现代医学治疗原发性高血压的主要方法是调整日常生活方式与口服降压药物,而临床中出现患者依存性差、临床症状改善不明显等弊端,因此需要寻求既能有效控制血压又能提高生活质量的新的治疗方法。根据临床报道针刺治疗原发性高血压不仅起效快还可有效改善头痛、头晕等不适症状,又对心、脑、肾等靶器官有保护作用,不但临床治疗效果佳而且不良反应少,充分体现出针刺治疗简、便、廉、效的优越性。现将对近年来在针刺治疗原发性高血压的临床报道中常用腧穴的出处、归经、定位、降压机制、临床应用等进行梳理,为临床治疗高血压病选取腧穴提供依据,为中西医结合治疗高血压病提供新思路。Essential hypertension is a common chronic disease and its prevalence and low rates of awareness,treatment,control and the consequent high risk of complications have become a worldwide public health problem.Currently,the main methods of treatment for essential hypertension in modern medicine are modification of daily lifestyle and oral antihypertensive medication,which have been associated with poor patient compliance and insignificant improvement in clinical symptoms.According to clinical reports,acupuncture treatment for essential hypertension is not only fast-acting but also effective in improving headache,dizziness and other uncomfortable symptoms,and has a protective effect on target organs such as the heart,brain and kidneys,which is not only clinically effective but also has few adverse effects.The clinical reports on acupuncture in the treatment of essential hypertension in recent years will be reviewed in order to provide a basis for the selection of acupoints for the clinical treatment of hypertension and to provide new ideas for the combined treatment of hypertension with Chinese and Western medicine.
