不同年龄段特发性突聋患者临床特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析不同年龄段特发性突聋患者的临床特征。方法100例特发性突聋患者分为四组:A组3例,16~18岁;B组18例,19~40岁;C组64例,41~65岁;D组15例,≥66岁。比较四组患者的临床特征。结果四组性别构成比及左、右耳病变比例无统计学差异(P>0.05)。各年龄组听力损伤程度及治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组发病诱因包括劳累2例,无诱因1例;B组和D组的发病诱因均为劳累;C组发病诱因包括劳累60例,外界噪音1例,无诱因3例。结论不同年龄段特发性突聋患者听力损伤程度及治疗效果无明显差异。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of the patients with idiopathic sudden deafness in different age groups.Methods A total of 100patients with idiopathic sudden deafness were divided into four groups of A(16-18years old,3cases),B(19-40years old,18cases),C(41-65years old,64cases)and D(≥66years old,15cases).The clinical characteristics of the patients in different age groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in gender composition and the proportion of left and right ear lesions among the four groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the degree of hearing impairment and the total effectiveness rate of treatment among the four groups(P>0.05).The predisposing factors were fatigue in 2cases and no cause in 1case in group A.Fatigue was the predisposing factor in group B and group D.The predisposing factors were fatigue in 60cases,external noise in 1case and no cause in 3cases in group C.Conclusion There are no significant differences in the degree of hearing impairment and therapeutic effect of the patients with idiopathic sudden deafness in different age groups.
