自拟通络止痛汤联合骨化三醇治疗骨质疏松症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探究自拟通络止痛汤联合骨化三醇治疗骨质疏松症的疗效。方法 选取2019年8月—2021年8月该院收治的105例骨质疏松症患者,依据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组52例与观察组53例;其中对照组予以骨化三醇治疗,观察组在此基础上加用自拟通络止痛汤治疗;比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、骨型碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、骨钙素(BGP)、Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端前肽(PINP)、骨密度、骨钙含量、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组患者治疗有效率(P<0.05);治疗后两组周身骨痛、抽筋、腰膝酸软疼痛、下肢疼痛、步履艰难、头晕目眩、畏寒肢冷以及中医证候总积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且组间比较观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组BALP、BGP均较治疗前显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组PINP均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组骨密度、骨钙含量均较治疗前显著增加,且组间比较观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组VAS评分较治疗前显著降低,且组间比较观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异不具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 自拟通络止痛汤联合骨化三醇应用于骨质疏松症疗效确切,缓解患者临床症状与疼痛,改善骨代谢水平同时提高患者体内骨密度,安全性良好,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Self-made Tongluo Zhitong Decoction(自拟通络止痛汤)combined with calcitriol in the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods A total of 105 patients with osteoporosis admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected and divided into control group(52 cases)and observation group(53 cases)by random number table method.All patients were treated with calcitriol and patients in the observation group were treated with Self-made Tongluo Zhitong Decoction on this basis.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP),bone gla protein(BGP),aminoterminal propeptide of type I procollagen(PINP),bone mineral density,bone calcium content,the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group had significantly lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,BALP and BGP were significantly increased in the two groups,and the levels were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PINP was significantly decreased in the two groups,and the level was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the bone mineral density and bone calcium content were significantly increased in the two groups,and those were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group had significantly lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Tongluo Zhitong Decoction combined with calcitriol is
