摘　　要：目的探讨归肾丸联合克龄蒙治疗卵巢早衰的疗效及对卵巢功能的影响。方法选取2020年4月—2021年5月来院就诊且被收治的86例卵巢早衰患者,依据随机数表法将患者分为观察组及对照组,43例对照组给予克龄蒙治疗,43例观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予归肾丸治疗。治疗21天后比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、卵巢功能、激素水平及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者治疗后临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后中医证候各维度积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度、卵巢体积及雌二醇(E_(2))水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后卵泡生成素(FSH)及黄体生成素(LH)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论归肾丸联合克龄蒙治疗卵巢早衰患者有利于增加患者子宫内膜厚度,调节激素水平,改善卵巢功能,提高临床疗效,且安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effect of Guishen Pill(归肾丸)combined with Climen in the treatment of premature ovarian failure and its effect on ovarian function.Methods A total of 86 patients with premature ovarian failure admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.Forty-three patients in the control group were treated with Clingmon,and the other 43 patients in the observation group were treated with Guishen Pill on the basis of the control group.After 21 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,ovarian function,hormone level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness,ovarian volume and estradiol(E_(2))level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Guishen Pill combined with Climen can increase the endometrial thickness,regulate the hormone level,improve the ovarian function and clinical efficacy in patients with premature ovarian failure,which is safe and reliable.
