摘　　要：丹蒌片作为国家药品监督管理局唯一批准治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病的中成药,乃国医大师雷忠义先生所创制,主治胸痹心痛痰瘀互结证。通过对丹蒌片的临床研究进行归纳总结,以期为临床医师运用丹蒌片提供参考,在知网、万方、维普数据库中,以“丹蒌片”为中文检索词,查阅及梳理近10余年来的相关文献,通过整理分析,归纳总结丹蒌片临床应用经验,从病因病机、方义解读、应用范围、临床体会等多方面对丹蒌片进行归纳分析阐述,为其进一步研究和应用提供一定的参考。本次检索共收集到20余篇具有代表性的相关文献,发现临床运用丹蒌片的报道主要集中在心血管、呼吸及内分泌系统疾病。如今丹蒌片临床应用及机制研究日益深入,具备良好发展趋势,可为进一步发展丹蒌片的应用提供依据和思路。Danlou Tablets(丹蒌片),as the only Chinese patent medicine approved by the National Medical Products Administration for the treatment of coronary heart disease with mutual accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis,was created by the master of Chinese medicine,Mr.LEI Zhongyi,to treat chest pain,heartache and mutual accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis.This article summarized the clinical research of Danlou Tablets in order to provide references for clinicians to use Danlou Tablets.In the CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu databases,"Danlou Tablets"is used as the Chinese search term.Through sorting and analyzing the relevant literature in the past 10 years,it summarized the clinical application experience of Danlou Tablets from the etiology and pathogenesis,interpretation of prescriptions,scope of application,clinical experience and so on to provide a certain reference for the further research and application.In this search,more than 20 representative relevant literatures were collected,and it was found that the clinical use of Danlou Tablets mainly focused on cardiovascular,respiratory and endocrine diseases.Nowadays,the clinical application and mechanism research of Danlou Tablets is becoming more and more in-depth and has a good development trend,which can provide the basis and ideas for the further development of Danlou Tablets.
