摘　　要：心力衰竭是一种严重的临床综合征,给家庭与社会带来沉重的医疗负担。腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMP-activated protein kinase,AMPK)是机体能量代谢的关键因子,可通过能量代谢、自噬、内质网应激、炎症反应等机制参与心衰的发生与发展,而中医药可以激活AMPK,通过改善心肌能量代谢、调节自噬、改善内质网应激、减轻炎症反应等途径对心衰的防治发挥作用。对AMPK调控心力衰竭的机制及中医药干预的作用进行了综述,以期为心力衰竭的临床用药提供参考。Heart failure is a serious clinical syndrome which brings a heavy medical burden to the family and society.AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)is a key factor of energy metabolism.It can participate in the occurrence and development of heart failure through mechanisms such as energy metabolism,autophagy,endoplasmic reticulum stress and inflammatory response.Traditional Chinese medicine can activate AMPK and play a role in the prevention and treatment of heart failure by improving myocardial energy metabolism,regulating autophagy,improving endoplasmic reticulum stress and reducing inflammatory response.This paper reviewed the mechanism of AMPK regulating heart failure and the role of traditional Chinese medicine intervention,in order to provide reference for the clinical medication of heart failure.
