摘 要:目的探讨OEC管理模式在手术室运营管理中的应用实践及其应用效果。方法选择郑州大学第一附属医院2022年6—9月开展的29742台择期手术为观察组,实施OEC管理模式对首台手术开台、连台手术衔接、手术患者交接、手术排程4个环节进行流程重组:制定目标体系-建立质量管理的组织架构-建立每日监管系统-实施有效激励机制。回顾性分析2022年2—5月OEC管理模式实施以前开展的28340台择期手术的运营数据,设置为对照组。通过在手术麻醉系统提取患者出、入手术间的时间,计算两台手术衔接时间并提取首台手术开台时间,比较实施OEC管理前后手术准时开台率、连台手术接台超时情况,并通过发放调查问卷调查手术室护士的工作满意度。结果观察组首台手术准时开台率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组连台手术接台超时率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护士对工作的满意度得分高于对照组(P<0.05),其中在被认可与表扬、工资与补贴、排班安排与工作条件、家庭与工作间平衡4个维度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论OEC管理模式下的手术室管理方案能提高手术室运营效率,有助于提高手术室首台手术开台率,降低连台手术接台超时率,提升手术室护士工作满意度。Objective To explore the application and effect of OEC management model in operating room operation management.Methods A total of 29742 elective operations carried out from June to September 2022 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the observation group,and the OEC management model was implemented to reorganize the process of the first operation,the connection of consecutive operations,the handover of surgical patients,and the schedule of operations:establishing the target system-establishing the organizational framework for quality management-establishing the daily supervision system-implementing an effective incentive mechanism.The operation data of 28340 elective operations before the implementation of OEC management mode from February to May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and set as the control group.By extracting the time of the patient entering and leaving the operating room from the surgical anesthesia system,the connection time of the two operations was calculated and the opening time of the first operation was extracted.The punctual operation opening rate and overtime of consecutive operations before and after OEC management were compared,and the effect of job satisfaction of operating room nurses by issuing questionnaires was surveyed.Results The punctual operation rate of the first operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time-out rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of recognition and praise,salary and subsidy,scheduling and working conditions,and balance between family and work were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The operating room management scheme under the OEC management mode can improve the operating efficiency of the operating room,help to improve the opening rate of the first operation in the operating room,reduce the overt
