摘　　要：目的 探讨化瘀接骨散联合手法复位与夹板固定对桡骨远端骨折(DRF)患者的效果。方法 选取河南省胸科医院2020年8月至2022年8月收治的84例DRF患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组接受手法复位与夹板固定,观察组在此基础上加用化瘀接骨散外敷,均治疗2个月。比较两组治疗前后症状积分、腕关节活动度、疼痛介质(血清P物质、神经肽Y、前列腺素E_(2)、β-内啡肽水平)、生活质量评分。结果 治疗2个月后观察组症状积分、血清疼痛介质水平(血清P物质、神经肽Y、前列腺素E_(2)、β-内啡肽)低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组腕关节活动度和生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 化瘀接骨散联合手法复位与夹板固定可有效改善DRF患者临床症状,提高腕关节活动度,减轻疼痛,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of Huayu Jiegu powder combined with manual reduction and splint fixation on patients with distal radius fracture(DRF).Methods Eighty-four patients with DRF admitted to Henan Chest Hospital from AugusT_(2)020 to August2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with manual reduction and splint fixation,and the observation group was treated with Huayu Jiegu powder for 2 months on the basis of external application.Symptom scores,wrist range of motion,pain mediators(serum substance P,neuropeptide Y,prostaglandinE_(2),beta-endorphin levels)and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 2 months of treatment,symptom scores and serum pain mediators(serum substance P,neuropeptide Y,prostaglandinE_(2),beta-endorphin levels)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and wrist motion and quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huayu Jiegu powder combined with manual reduction and splint fixation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with DRF,improve the range of motion of wrist joint,reduce pain and improve the quality of life.
