摘　　要：男性不育症是男科常见病,针刺治疗具有一定优势,选穴时需以辨证为前提,以提升疗效。目前,不育症的病机多以脾肾亏虚为本,湿热、血瘀、肝郁为标,调理脾肾法是针刺治疗不育症的基本大法,选穴时应以健脾补肾为基础,佐以清热利湿、活血化瘀、疏肝解郁。本文从脾肾治疗男性不育症的中医理论和现代机制出发,探讨调理脾肾针刺治疗不育症的选穴思路,以供临床参考。Male infertility is a common disease in andrology,and acupuncture treatment has certain advantages.Acupoint selection should be based on syndrome differentiation to improve curative effect.At present,the pathogenesis of infertility is mostly based on deficiency of the spleen and kidney,marked by damp-heat,blood stasis,and liver stagnation.Spleen-Kidney Regulation Theory is the basic method of acupuncture treatment of infertility.Acupoint selection should be based on strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney,supplemented with clearing heat and removing dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,soothing the liver and relieving stagnation.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory with spleen and kidney treatment and modern mechanism,this paper discusses the idea of acupoint selection for the acupuncture treatment of infertility for regulating spleen and kidney for clinical reference.
