云南中医古籍述要与成书背景探析

摘　　要：中医古籍作为中医药知识的载体,是中医医史研究的重要部分。从地域视角梳理中医古籍信息有助于了解地方中医药文化特色和发展脉络。为研究云南省中医古籍的撰著历史,笔者从云南旧方志及其他文献资料中整理出10类86种医籍。云南中医古籍总体数量不多,但基本涵盖了中医文献各大门类,内容丰富多样;著者籍贯遍及云南省各地域,以滇中地区较为集中。云南医籍撰著的历史与中医药文化在云南的传播、地方疾病的发展史以及本地刻书业的兴盛等多种背景因素相关联。这些医籍反映了云南本土医药文化特色,为探索地方医学史,丰富中医药文化研究提供了可贵的资料。As the carrier of traditional Chinese medicine culture,Stydy on TCM Ancient books are an important part of the study on the history of traditional Chinese medicine.Sorting out the information of TCM Ancient books from a regional perspective helps to understand the cultural characteristics and development venation of local medicine.In order to study the situation of TCM Ancient books in Yunnan Province,10 categories and 86 kinds of medical books are sorted out from local chronicles of Yunnan before liberation and other documents.The total number of TCM Ancient books in Yunnan is not large,but it basically covers various categories of TCM literature with rich and diverse contents;The author s native place covers all regions of Yunnan Province,especially in Central Yunnan.The history of Yunnan medical books is related to the spread of traditional Chinese medicine culture in Yunnan,the development history of local diseases and the prosperity of local book carving industry.These medical books reflect the local medical culture characteristics of Yunnan,and provide valuable information for exploring the local medical history and enriching the research of traditional Chinese medicine culture.
