民族药锅铲藤的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:建立锅铲藤药材的质量标准。方法:对锅铲藤基原植物的藤茎及叶进行性状鉴别、显微鉴别和薄层色谱鉴别,测定锅铲藤的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、重金属、农药残留。结果:确定了锅铲藤的基原植物为镰叶西番莲Passiflora wilsonii Hemsl.。明确了锅铲藤基原植物的藤茎和叶横切面的组织构造特征及粉末鉴别特征,初步建立了锅铲藤的薄层色谱鉴别方法。确定了锅铲藤质量标准规定。结论:文章建立的方法可作为评价锅铲藤质量的标准。Objective To establish the quality of etnnicemedicine Caulis Passifrorae.Methods To determine the original plants of Caulis Passifrorae,and them was researched by Morphologica characters identification,microscopic identification and thin layer chromatography,and moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash,extract,heavy metals,pesticide residue of Caulis Passifrorae were determined.Results To confirm the original plants of Caulis Passifrorae are Passiflora wilsonii.The structural characteristics of setm and leaf cross sections and the powder identification characteristics of ethnicemedicine Caulis Passifrorae were clarified.The identification method of TCL was preliminary estabished.To confirm quality control regulationsof Caulis Passifrorae.Conclusion To established methods can be used to evaluate the quality of etnnicemedicine Caulis Passifrorae.
