摘 要:RNA结合基序蛋白是一类RNA结合蛋白,广泛参与RNA的转录、翻译、代谢等生物学过程,并与RNA可变剪切事件息息相关,在细胞的增殖凋亡等生命过程中起到重要的调控作用。近年来许多研究者发现,RBM蛋白家族的异常表达及功能失调,与肝癌的发生发展密切相关。本文就RBM蛋白家族成员在肝癌中的作用进行综述,了解RBM家族中各成员蛋白在肝癌中发生发展的作用及机制,为肝癌的治疗及预后提供一定的参考。RNA binding motif(RBM)proteins are a class of RNA binding proteins,which are widely involved in RNA transcription,translation,metabolism and other biological processes,and are closely related to RNA alternative splicing events.They also play an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation,apoptosis and other life processes.In recent years,many researchers have found that the abnormal expressions and dysfunction of RBM protein family are closely related to the occurrence and development of liver cancer.This article reviews the roles of RBM protein family members in hepatocellular carcinoma.It′s necessary to understand the roles and mechanism of RBM family member proteins in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma,so as to provide reference for the treatment and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
