摘  要:目的:建立亚玛丸中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为SHIMADZU-GL WondaCract ODS-2 C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇、乙腈和0.7%磷酸溶液进行洗脱,流速为0.8 mL/min;柱温:35℃;检测波长403 nm。结果:羟基红花黄色素A在2.01~30.15μg/mL的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,回收率为96.5%。结论:该方法经方法学验证准确可行,可用于亚玛丸的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination of Hydroxysafflower yellow A in Yama pill.Methods high performance liquid chromatography was used.The column was SHIMADZU-GL WondaCract ODS-2 C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was methanol acetonitrile 0.7%phosphoric acid solution,the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,the column temperature was 35℃,and the detection wavelength was 403 nm.Results the linear relationship of Hydroxysafflower yellow A was good in the range of 2.01-30.15μg/mL,r=0.9999,the recovery rate was 96.5%.Conclusion The method is proved to be accurate and feasible by methodology,and can be used for the quality control of Yama Pills.
