摘  要:本研究发现萃取后的页岩残渣具备大量的细观孔隙,利用这种特性,在页岩残渣矿料中预储一定量的油分作为功能性细集料,进行了具备主动抗老化功能的智能型SMA沥青混合料级配设计,并对其路用性能进行了评价。通过吸附试验确定了1.18 mm、0.6 mm、0.3 mm三种粒径的页岩残渣细集料的油分预储比例分别为19%、29%、37%。采用功能性细集料和玄武岩集料,设计了SMA-13、SMA-16两种级配的智能型SMA沥青混合料,明确三种粒径功能性细集料的用量为40%。通过沥青混合料低温劈裂试验、低温弯曲试验、车辙试验、冻融劈裂试验对其进行了力学性能评价,研究发现,智能型SMA沥青混合料老化后的低温强度、应变均有显著提升,其变化趋势也更接近于老化前沥青混合料,具备主动抗老化的能力,同时智能型SMA沥青混合料具备良好的高温稳定性和水稳定性。In this study,it was found that the shale residue after extraction has a large number of micro-pores.Using this characteristic,a certain amount of oil in the shale residue mineral was pre-stored as functional fine aggregate,and the grade design of intelligent Stone Mastic Asphalt(SMA)asphalt mixture with active anti-aging function was carried out,and then its road performance was evaluated.The percentage of oil pre-storage of shale residue fine aggregate with three particle sizes of 1.18 mm,0.6 mm and 0.3 mm were calculated by adsorption test to be 19%,29%and 37%,respectively.The intelligent SMA asphalt mixture of SMA-13 and SMA-16 gradation is designed by using the functional fine aggregate and basalt aggregate.The dosage of functional fine aggregate is 40%.The mechanical properties of asphalt mixture were evaluated by low-temperature splitting test,lowtemperature bending test,rutting test and freeze-thaw splitting test,after aging,the low-temperature strength and strain of smart SMA asphalt mixture are significantly increased,and its changing trend is more close to that of pre-aging asphalt mixture,which has the ability of active anti-aging,at the same time,smart SMA asphalt mixture has good high-temperature stability and water stability.
