摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease, AD)是最常见的痴呆相关神经变性性疾病,其特征是神经元丢失和认知功能障碍,目前缺乏有效缓解疾病进展药物,因此探索AD的治疗具有重要的社会意义。葛根素(Puerarin)是一种从中药葛根中提取的异黄酮糖苷,已被确定为具有多种益处的药理活性成分。近年研究显示葛根素对AD具有改善作用。研究旨在回顾葛根素对AD治疗的实验研究,并阐述总结葛根素对AD治疗的潜在分子机制,以期对后续研究起指导作用。Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is the most common progressive neurodegenerative disorder characterized by neuronal loss and cognitive impairment that harshly affect the elderly individuals.Puerarin,an isoflflavone glycoside derived from Gegen(Puerariae Lobatae Radix),has been identifified as a pharmacologically active component with diverse benefifits.Recent studies have shown that puerarin have therapeutic activities against neurodegenerative diseases.Multiple lines of studies have shown that puerarin display ameliorative benefits in AD.This study is aimed at reviewing experimental studies and describing the possible underlying molecular mechanisms by which puerarin treating AD.It is expected that this work may open the window to speed up the development of innovative anti-AD drugs originated from puerarin and improve upcoming AD therapeutics.
