摘　　要：介绍国医大师翁维良教授治疗高龄老年冠心病的临证经验。高龄老年冠心病是一类病死率较高的临床难治性疾病,严重降低了高龄人群的生存质量。翁教授提出“治心必通瘀”,对高龄老年冠心病的治疗具有丰富的临证经验,认为该病核心病机为气虚血瘀,临床以自拟冠心4号方为基础方,在益气养心、活血通脉的基础上,注重病症结合、辨证论治,化瘀不单活血,知常达变。选方用药师古不泥古,三因制宜,与时俱进,不断改进创新,常能取得良好的治疗效果。This article introduced Professor WENG Weiliang's clinical experience in treating senile coronary heart disease.Senile coronary heart disease is a type of clinically refractory disease with a high fatality rate,severely reducing the quality of life of the elderly.Professor WENG has extensive clinical experience in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease and believes that the core pathogenesis of this disease is Qi deficiency and blood stasis and“the treatment of the heart must be to remove blood stasis”.The self-designed“Guanxin No.4 Prescription(自拟冠心4号方)”is the basic prescription in clinic.On the basis of benefiting Qi and nourishing heart,promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals,it pays attention to the combination of disease and symptoms and treatment based on syndrome differentiation.It can not only promote blood circulation but also change the prescription according to the syndrome change.Prescription selection is fixed.Three factors should be taken into account to adapt to the situation,keeping pace with the times.The prescription is constantly improved and good therapeutic effects can often be achieved.
