摘　　要：藤梨根是临床常用抗肿瘤中药,含有多种抗癌的活性成分,如谷甾醇、β-谷甾醇、槲皮素、表儿茶素、(+)儿茶素、芦荟大黄素、三萜类化合物、齐墩果酸、熊果酸、香草醛酸、七叶皂苷等,可用于治疗胃癌、结直肠癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、前列腺癌等恶性肿瘤,其抗肿瘤的作用机制主要包括抑制细胞增殖、阻滞细胞周期、诱导细胞凋亡、增强放化疗疗效、抗肿瘤转移、抑制血管生成、预防作用等。Tengligen(Actinidia chinensis Planch.)is a commonly used anticancer traditional Chinese medicine and contains a variety of anti-cancer active ingredients,such as sitosterol,beta-sitosterol,quercetin,epicatechin,(+)catechin,aloe emodin,triterpenoids,oleanolic acid,ursolic acid,vanillic acid and esculin.It can be used in the treatment of gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,lung cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer,prostate cancer and other malignant tumor.Its anti-tumor mechanisms mainly include inhibition of proliferation,arrestment of cell cycle,induction of apoptosis,enhancement of radiotherapeutic and chemotherapeutic effects,inhibition of metastasis and angiogenesis,and prevention of carcinogenesis.
