基于创新创业教育的大学生法治素养提升路径研究

摘　　要：大众创业、万众创新背景下,我国正积极鼓励大学生加入创业队伍中。但如果学生在创业进程中无法规避法律风险,依照制度履行法律义务,将会造成严重后果。对此,建议校方优化创新创业教育体系,加入法治素养教育内容,打好学生知法懂法的基底;重视法治素养培养中的法治实践,要帮助学生将所学深化成所用,引导学生懂得用法;学生创业期间要及时对学生守法情况进行调查,保障学生能够真正守法;更要呼吁社会层面尽快完善创业立法,充分维护大学生的创业安全。Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,our country is actively encouraging college students to join the entrepreneurial team.However,if students cannot avoid legal risks in the process of starting a business and fulfill their legal obligations in accordance with the system,it will cause serious consequences.In this regard,it is suggested that the school optimize the education system of innovation and entrepreneurship and add the content of legal literacy education,so as to lay a solid foundation for students to know the law;pay attention to students’practice in the cultivation of rule of law literacy and help them deepen the learning into use,guide them to use the law;timely investigate students’law-abiding situation during their entrepreneurship period to ensure that they can really abide by the law;moreover,call on our society to improve the legislation of entrepreneurship as soon as possible to fully safeguard the safety of college students’entrepreneurship.
