摘　　要：科研评价体系是营造良好科研环境的重要支持,是推动地方高校健康发展的关键。所以如何构建公平公正、科学合理的科研评价体系,促进高校教师提升自身的科研质量及创新能力,是我国地方高校发展的重心与关键。对此本文结合科研评价体系的特性与原则,分析地方高校科研评价体系的现状,进而提出科学合理的应对对策,帮助地方高校营造良好的科研环境,推动我国社会的健康发展。The scientific research evaluation system is an important support for creating a good scientific research environment and the key to promoting the healthy development of local universities.Therefore,how to build a fair,just,scientific and reasonable scientific research evaluation system and promote college teachers to improve their scientific research quality and innovation ability is the focus and key of the development of local colleges and universities in our country.In this regard,combined with the characteristics and principles of the scientific research evaluation system,this paper analyzes the current situation of the scientific research evaluation system in local colleges and universities,and then puts forward scientific and reasonable countermeasures,so as to help local colleges and universities to create a good environment for scientific research,and promote the healthy development of our society.
