摘　　要：《思想道德与法治》是高校思想政治教育的重要课程之一,也是高校思想政治教育理论课,能够带领学生形成基本的思想道德意识、价值观念与法治观念认知,为学生今后的思政学习奠定基础。本次对《思想道德与法治》这门理论课教学设计进行研究,目的是将“立德树人”根本任务渗透于理论课教学中,通过教学设计创新强化课程的育人效果,更好地培育学生的职业道德素养与核心价值观念。本文简要阐述了《思想道德与法治》课程及其教学目标,分析了“立德树人”根本任务目标下的思政理论课教学设计创新思路;之后对“立德树人”根本任务目标下的思政理论课教学设计创新方法进行深入探究。“Ideology and Morality and Rule of Law”is one of the important courses as well as the theory course of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,which guide students to form the basic ideological and moral consciousness,values and the rule of law concept cognition,to lay a foundation for students’ideological and political study in the future.This paper studies the teaching design of the theory course“Ideology and Morality and Rule of Law”,with the purpose of infiltrating the fundamental task of“cultivating morality and cultivating people”into the teaching,strengthening the teaching effect through the innovation of teaching design,and better cultivating students’professional ethics and core values.It also briefly expounds the course of“Ideology and Morality and Rule of Law”and its teaching objectives,analyzes the innovative ideas of the course's teaching design under the fundamental task goal of“cultivating virtues and cultivating people”,and then probes into its innovative methods of teaching design.
