摘 要:在“双碳”目标指引下,为确定汽车企业的碳排放水平,对单一发动机CO_(2)排放计算方法开展分析。基于发动机性能曲线,通过插值模拟法构建单一发动机CO_(2)排放模型,实现单一发动机CO_(2)排放的量化计算。以5台某国六重型柴油机为研究样本,采用5种插值模拟法,计算发动机在全球统一稳态循环(WHSC)工况与全球统一瞬态循环(WHTC)工况下的CO_(2)排放量。同时,根据稳态工况与瞬态工况的计算精度差异,分析不同插值模拟法对不同发动机工况的适应性。分析结果表明:在稳态工况下,最近邻插值法的计算偏差最大,不同插值模拟的瞬态工况偏差基本一致,相对偏差均在5%以内;5种插值模拟法都可以很好地应用于CO_(2)排放的量化计算。Under the guidance of the"double carbon"target,to determine the overall carbon emission level of the automotive enterprise,a calculation method of CO_(2)emissions from a single engine was analyzed.Based on the engine performance curve group,the CO_(2)mission model of a single engine was constructed by interpolation simulation method to achieve quantitative calculation of engine CO_(2)emissions.Taking five China-Ⅵheavy-duty diesel engines as research samples,five interpolation simulation methods were used to calculate the CO_(2)emissions of world harmonized steady-state cycle(WHSC)and world harmonized transient cycle(WHTC).At the same time,the adaptability of different interpolation simulation methods to different engine operating conditions was analyzed according to the difference of calculation accuracy between steady-state and transient operating conditions.The analysis results show that the calculation deviation of the nearest neighbor interpolation method is the largest under steady-state conditions,the deviation of transient conditions of different interpolation simulation is close,the relative deviations are all within 5%,and the five interpolation simulation methods can be well applied to the quantitative calculation of CO_(2)emissions.
