摘  要:为探讨并解决中小功率农用柴油机实际排放特性与台架试验结果差异大的问题,通过便携式排放测试系统(PEMS)检测分析其实际作业的排放特性。结果表明:在拖拉机旋耕作业过程中,柴油机处于重载状态,转速在额定点附近小范围内波动,作业平均功率相比非道路瞬态循环(NRTC)高约30.0%;氮氧化物(NO_(x))排放质量流量随着负荷剧烈变化,CO排放质量流量相对比较稳定;整个试验的NO_(x)和CO的比排放量分别为0.414 g(/kW·h)和0.454 g(/kW·h),分别比90%有效功工况下的基准比排放量低11.3%和10.6%。The real emission characteristics of small and medium power agricultural diesel engine often differ greatly from bench test results,so it is necessary to analyze the emission characteristics in actual operation by portable emissions measurement system(PEMS).The research results show that during the tractor rotary tillage operation,the diesel engine is in a heavy load state,and the speed fluctuates within a small range near the rated point.The working average power is about 30.0%higher than that of the non-road transient cycle(NRTC).The NO_(x)emission mass flow rate varies significantly with load;the CO emission mass flow rate is relatively stable.The specific emissions of NO_(x)and CO during whole test are 0.414 g(/kW·h)and 0.454 g(/kW·h),respectively,which are about 11.3%and 10.6%lower than specific emissions of 90%valid work-based condition.
