摘　　要：综述了螺旋螺纹管换热器的工作原理和技术特点,对应适用范围提出的材质要求,进行优化升级和材质耐用性分析。通过对现有工艺设备物料运行状态的对比,设备改造后可解决设备密封易老化泄漏,换热效率低,热量损耗大,流体流速缓慢易结垢,设备维护成本高,使用寿命短等问题。This paper summarizes the working principle and technical characteristics of spiral tube heat exchanger,to adapt to the scope of application of the proposed material requirements,optimization and upgrading of material durability analysis.By comparing the running state of the materials of the existing process equipment,the improved equipment can solve the problems of easy aging and leakage of the equipment seal,low heat exchange efficiency,large heat loss,slow fluid flow and easy scaling,high maintenance cost and short service life of equipment are discussed.
