摘　　要：分析了氯气液化器泄漏的原因及危害性,针对液化器内部泄漏的特点,提出了对生产中液化器泄漏事故的应急处置方案及管控措施。减少非计划停车,缓解循环冷冻水水质对氯气液化器及配套制冷设备的腐蚀作用,保障氯碱装置长期稳定运行。This paper analyzes on the causes and harmfulness of the leakage accident of the chlorine gas liquifier,and in the light of the characteristics of the internal leakage of the liquifier,advances some emergency treatment schemes and control measures for the leakage accident of the liquifier in production.To avoid unplanned shutdown,to mitigate the corrosion of circulating frozen water to chlorine liquifier and supporting refrigeration equipment,to ensure the long-term stable operation of chlor-alkali plant.
