摘　　要：介绍了氯碱及聚氯乙烯装置运行的特点以及高能耗产生的节点,针对高能耗的节点提出改造计划,降低二氧化碳的排放,实现清洁生产。This paper introduces the operation characteristics of chlor alkali and PVC plant and the nodes of high energy consumption,and puts forward the transformation plan for the nodes of high energy consumption to reduce carbon dioxide emission and realize cleaner production.
