摘　　要：膝关节运动形式具有多样化表现,很容易发生损伤。关节软骨几乎不能自我再生,大多数的损伤是不可逆的,一旦缺损就很难修复,而且容易出现骨关节炎等退行性改变。目前针对膝关节软骨损伤类疾病的治疗方法较多,手术修复软骨损伤是比较理想的治疗方法。主要有关节冲洗清理术、微骨折技术、自体骨移植术、异体骨软骨移植术、人工膝关节置换手术、组织工程技术和基因治疗、生物制剂治疗等其他方法。各种方法都有其各自的特点,通过选择性运用上述治疗可以在短期内改善临床症状,延迟或者避免行关节置换手术,但是临床上有效的软骨损伤修复方法仍是广大学者探索的目标之一。在不久的将来,关节软骨损伤的治疗将会越来越成功,本文现就其治疗方法研究综述如下。Knee joint has various and complex movement forms,and is easy to be damaged.Articular cartilage rarely regenerates itself,and most injuries are irreversible.Once the articular cartilage is damaged,it is difficult to repair,and prone to osteoarthritis and other degenerative changes.There are many treatments,surgical repair of cartilage injury is an ideal method,such as joint irrigation and debridement,microfracture technique,autogenous osteochondral transplantation,osteochondral allograft,artificial knee replacement,tissue engineering technique and gene therapy,biological treatment and so on.Clinical symptoms can be improved,delayed or avoid joint replacement surgery in a short period by selective use of these therapies.But the effective method of repairing cartilage injury in clinic is still one of the goals that the majority of scholars to explore.In the near future,the treatment of articular cartilage injury will be more and more successful.This article on its treatment methods are summarized as follows.
