摘　　要：目的探讨氨甲环酸联合透明质酸皮内注射治疗颧部褐青色痣的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月赣州市人民医院收治的50例颧部褐青色痣患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(25例)和观察组(25例)。对照组采用激光治疗仪治疗,观察组采用氨甲环酸联合透明质酸皮内注射治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、皮肤色素沉着评分、不良反应总发生率、治疗总满意度及皮肤色素沉着面积。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗30、45、60 d后的色素沉着评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗30、45、60 d后的色素沉着面积小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对颧部褐青色痣患者,氨甲环酸联合透明质酸皮内注射治疗能够提高患者的治疗效果,减少色素沉着和不良反应的发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Tranexamic Acid combined with Hyaluronic Acid intradermal injection in the treatment of nevus fusco-caeruleus zygomaticus.Methods Fifty patients with nevus fusco-caeruleus zygomaticus were selected as the study subjects from January 2021 to June 2022 at Ganzhou People's Hospital.They were randomly divided into a control group(25 cases)and an observation group(25 cases)according to a random number table method.The control group was treated with laser therapeutic apparatus,and the observation group was treated with Tranexamic Acid combined with Hyaluronic Acid intradermal injection.The total effective rate of treatment,skin pigmentation score,total incidence of adverse reactions,total satisfaction with treatment,and skin pigmentation area between the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pigmentation score of the observation group after treatment for 30,45,and 60 days were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction with treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pigmentation area of the observation group after treatment for 30,45,and 60 days were smaller than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with nevus fusco-caeruleus zygomaticus,Tranexamic Acid combined with Hyaluronic Acid intradermal injection can improve the treatment effect of patients,reduce pigmentation and adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
