屈膝40°~<70°照射位X线摄影技术的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨屈膝40°~<70°照射位X线摄影技术的临床应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2022年2月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队大连康复疗养中心的100例接受坐位髌骨轴位X线摄影检查的髌骨慢性损伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组患者采用屈膝70°~80°拍摄,观察组患者采用屈膝40°~<70°拍摄。比较两组患者的X线片优片结果、X线片质量以及舒适度、疼痛感。结果观察组患者的优片数量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的X线片质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的舒适度状况量表(GCQ)评分高于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论坐位髌骨轴位X线摄影技术具有显著的应用价值,屈膝40°~<70°照射的髌骨轴位显示效果较为良好。Objective To explore the clinical application value of X-ray photography at 40°-<70°irradiation position with knee flexion.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic patellar injury who underwent axial X-ray examination of the patella in the sitting position at the Dalian Rehabilitation and Rehabilitation Center,the Joint Service Support Force of the People's Liberation Army from January 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the control group were photographed with knee flexion of 70°-80°,while patients in the observation group were photographed with knee flexion of 40°-<70°.The X-ray film quality,comfort and pain were compared between the two groups.Results The number of excellent tablets in the observation group was more than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of X-ray film in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patella axial radiography in sitting position has significant application value,and the patella axial radiography with knee flexion 40°-<70°irradiation has good display effect.
