摘　　要：目的探讨延续护理在减重术后患者居家护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月至2020年12月在江西省人民医院(南昌医学院第一附属医院)普外一科实施减重代谢手术的51例患者为研究对象,采用随机抽签法将其分为对照组(n=25)与试验组(n=26)。对照组采用常规护理模式进行护理,试验组在常规护理模式的基础上根据延续护理理念指导患者出院后进行居家自我护理。比较两组患者术前与出院后1年的焦虑自评量表(HAMA)、抑郁自评量表(HAMD)、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果两组患者术前的HAMA、HAM、SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者术后的HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用延续护理方法指导减重术后患者居家护理能够改善患者负面情绪,巩固健康行为,提升术后生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of continuing nursing in guiding home self-care of postoperative patient with bariatric surgery.Methods A total of 51 patients who underwent weight-loss metabolic surgery in the First of Department of General Surgery of Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital,the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang Medical College from March 2017 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=25)and the experimental group(n=26)by random drawing method.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the experimental group guided the patients to perform home self-care after discharge according to the concept of continuous nursing on the basis of the routine nursing care.The scores of the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),and Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)before surgery and 1 year after discharge between two groups of patients.Results There were no statistically significant difference in the scores of HAMA,HAMD,SF-36 before surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of HAMA,HAMD,in the experimental group after surgery were lower than those in the control group,the score of SF-36 in the experimental group after surgery was higher than that in the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing method in guiding home self-care of postoperative patient with bariatric surgery can improve negative emotions,consolidate healthy behaviors and improve postoperative quality of life.
