全程健康教育临床护理路径在冠心病患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨全程健康教育临床护理路径在冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月解放军联勤保障部队第九二三医院心内科收治的100例冠心病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(50例)与参照组(50例)。参照组给予常规护理,观察组在参照组基础上以临床护理路径给予全程健康教育。比较两组入院时、住院期间、出院1、3个月后的并发症发生率与6 min步行距离,比较冠心病健康知识调查问卷得分及患者对护理服务满意度评分。结果观察组住院期间、出院1、3个月后并发症发生率均低于参照组,6 min步行距离长于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组冠心病健康知识调查问卷得分、护理满意度评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者在临床护理路径中给予全程健康教育,有利于提高患者对疾病健康知识的了解,降低并发症发生率,促进心功能改善,提高患者生存质量及满意度,护理价值显著。Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path of whole course health education in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease admitted from January 2021 to January 2022 in the Department of Cardiology of the 923th Hospital of the PLA Joint Service Support Force were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(50 cases)and reference group(50 cases)according to random number table method.The reference group was given routine care,and the observation group was given full course health education based on the clinical nursing path on the basis of the reference group.The incidence of complications and the 6-min walking distance at admission,during hospitalization,1 and 3 months after discharge and were compared between the two groups.The scores of coronary heart disease health knowledge questionnaire and nursing service satisfaction were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group during hospitalization,1 and 3 months after discharge were lower than those in the control group,and the 6-minute walking distance was longer than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of questionnaire on coronary heart disease health knowledge and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process health education for patients with coronary heart disease in the clinical nursing path is beneficial to improve the patients'understanding of disease health knowledge,reduce the incidence of complications,promote the improvement of cardiac function,and improve the patients'quality of life and satisfaction.The nursing value is significant.
