摘　　要：植物保护是保证农业高产稳产和提升作物品质的重要技术措施,是农作物有害生物综合治理的重要组成部分,植保机械则是实现这一目标不可或缺的生产工具。我国现有植物保护技术及装备水平低下,存在着作业效率低,喷洒不均匀,防风能力弱,跑冒滴漏现象多,水平仿形能力差,自动化程度低等显著问题,已成为限制农产品质量提升和农业安全生产发展的瓶颈。针对以上问题,新型农用喷雾机械装备的研究将以重点解决宽幅精准施肥施药技术为主,该技术的实施能够有效提高喷雾效率、提升喷雾质量和药液利用率、有效降低农药残留,同时加强对施药人员的防护。该机的研制成功在提升我国宽幅喷杆喷雾技术装备的整体水平的同时,也为日后相关研发人员在该领域方面研究提供一定的参考和借鉴。Plant protection is an important technical measure to ensure high and stable agricultural production and improve crop quality.It is an important component of comprehensive pest management for crops,and plant protection machinery is an indispensable production tool to achieve this goal.The current level of plant protection technology and equipment in China is low,with significant problems such as low operational efficiency,uneven spraying,weak wind resistance,frequent leakage,poor horizontal profiling ability,and low automation.This has become a bottleneck in limiting the quality improvement of agricultural products and promoting national agricultural safety production.In view of the above problems,the research on new agricultural spray machinery and equipment will focus on solving the wide and precise fertilization and pesticide application technology.The implementation of this technology can effectively improve the spray efficiency,improve the spray quality and liquid medicine utilization rate,effectively reduce pesticide residues and strengthen the protection of pesticide applicators.The successful development of this machine not only improves the overall level of the wide range spray bar spray technology and equipment in China,but also provides some reference for future research and development personnel in this field.
