摘  要:谷物清选系统是保证谷物收获质量的重要基础,可以将田间秸秆残茬、草籽和泥土等杂物从谷物颗粒中清选分离,良好的谷物清选质量是保证后续谷物运输、存储和销售的基础条件。但是目前我国谷物联合收获机主要依靠国外进口,售价高昂,维修费用较高,一般农户无法承受,并且我国农业种植模式与国外差别较大,不适宜我国谷物收获。针对以上问题,以小麦联合收获机清选装置设计为研究对象,以设计一种结构简单、功耗低、操作简便及通用性强的联合收获机清选装置为研究目标,基于谷物联合收获机清选装置基本结构与工作原理,提出一种气流清选装置。研究结果可以为我国联合收获机清选装置的结构优化提供技术参考与借鉴。The grain cleaning system is an important foundation for ensuring the quality of grain harvest,which can separate impurities such as straw residues,grass seeds,and soil from grain particles.Good grain cleaning quality is the fundamental condition for ensuring subsequent grain transportation,storage,and sales.However,currently,China’s grain combine harvesters mainly rely on foreign imports,with high prices and maintenance costs,which ordinary farmers cannot afford.Moreover,China’s agricultural planting mode differs greatly from foreign countries and is not suitable for grain harvesting in China.In response to the above issues,this study takes the design of the cleaning device for wheat combine harvesters as the research object,and aims to design a cleaning device for combine harvesters with simple structure,low power consumption,simple operation,and strong universality.Based on the basic structure and working principle of the cleaning device for grain combine harvesters,an air flow cleaning device is proposed.The research results can provide technical reference and reference for the structural optimization of the cleaning device of the combine harvester in China.
